To cancel your Serengeti Rewards membership, visit your account settings from your online account or contact Customer Service with your cancellation request.
To cancel online, sign in with your member credentials at SerengetiRewards.com/sign-in. Once you've signed in, click “Account” on your main menu, then select “Cancel Membership” from the dropdown. Follow the instructions provided to finalize your cancellation request.
To cancel through Customer Service, you can call us 24/7 at 833-541-5762. You can also email your cancellation request to [email protected] or submit your request online.
Once you cancel your membership, you'll have access to your member benefits until the end of your monthly membership term. After you cancel, you'll receive a check for the remaining balance stated in your Savings as of the last day of your membership term.

The amount for 10% Cash Back is based on your final, qualifying purchase total after any and all discounts or promo codes are applied. Your purchase total does not include gift card purchases or money orders as well as purchases using a retailer's bill-pay service.
Once we receive your Platinum form and supporting documentation, we'll verify your rebate and add the amount to your Savings within 2-4 weeks. We will mail you a check for your total approved Savings every week.
Shipping Rebates on purchases from our Platinum Brands are not automatically applied to your Savings. If you paid for shipping on a purchase from our Platinum Brands, submit a rebate claim to get reimbursed for those charges.

You can earn 5% Cash Back at MarketPlace retailers when you shop online, in-store, over the phone, or by mail order. As a Serengeti Rewards member, you can save up to $1,000 per 12-month membership period with 5% Cash Back on your MarketPlace purchases. Here's how:
Shop online through the Serengeti Rewards portal to earn 5% Cash Back automatically. If you shop at MarketPlace retailers outside the Serengeti Rewards portal, whether online, in-store, or by mail order, your 5% Cash Back will not be automatic. However, you can still submit a rebate claim to earn 5% Cash Back on those purchases.

As a member, you can earn 5% Cash Back on flight, hotel, rental car, and other travel reservations made through your Serengeti Rewards account.
Start by visiting the “Travel & Vacations” category in the MarketPlace to view a list of travel merchants. Select a merchant from the list and click through the links to visit the merchant’s website. Simply complete your reservation in the new browser tab that opens to earn 5% Back.
For travel reservations made at merchants outside the program’s online MarketPlace, simply submit a rebate claim with your proof-of-purchase documentation to earn 5% Cash Back.
5% Cash Back earned on travel reservations is paid out after your trip is complete and payment has been processed by the merchant you booked with. Your earnings will be applied to your Savings Center and included in your next payout.
Gasoline purchases are not eligible for 5% Cash Back.

As a Serengeti Rewards member, you can submit rebate claims to get reimbursed for your shipping and return shipping charges.
You can claim an unlimited number of Standard Shipping and Return Shipping Rebates on purchases from our Platinum Brands.
For MarketPlace purchases, you can claim both Shipping and Return Shipping Rebates of up to $10 per purchase. With your membership, you are eligible to claim up to $500 in Shipping Rebates and $500 in Return Shipping rebates on MarketPlace purchases every 12-month membership period.
You can claim unlimited Shipping and Return Shipping Rebates on purchases from our Platinum Brands and get fully reimbursed for those charges. As long as you provide valid proof of purchase with every rebate claim, you'll receive a rebate for those standard shipping charges in the form of a check.
You can claim Shipping Rebates of up to $10 per purchase when you shop at MarketPlace retailers. For example, if you paid $15 in shipping fees on a single MarketPlace purchase, you'll receive a $10 Shipping Rebate as part of your weekly check. You're eligible to claim up to $500 in Shipping Rebates on MarketPlace purchases every 12-month membership period.
In-store purchases from MarketPlace retailers are only eligible for Shipping Rebates if the store you purchased from orders the item and you're charged for shipping as part of your purchase.
